ok this ones easy. u see when u r on the red and white thing it moves up and domw a little bit. when it goes up, hold up on the dpad. Then when it goes down, hold down on the dpad. keep on doing that until u get all the way to the bottom as far as u can possibly go. then jump to the right or left once u are all the way down

Stand on the red and white thing, jump and press up and down continuously until it goes low enough to get off of it.
