When you come to one certain driving course near the Staples Center when you try an enter it says that you need a shield to enter and I don't know where to find that shield can you help me?

a shield is an upgraded bage u get a bage by getting 100 pointz u get 10 pointz when u arrest some1 (kirby <('.'< vs meatwad <(..<)

A Shield equels 100 points. Solve lots of crimes and comlete missions to made points. By the time you get to 100 points or more (1 Shield), you can enter the Driving Upgrade.
