Answer
I've checked and re-checked so many times just to make sure i didn't miss anything i even conected my gameboy advance with the conector. I think one of the makers of that game should come and answer these questions because no one seems to be answering these.

If you're using cheats for this level, then stop it. If you have a cheat activated, then you can't progress through the levels. Cheats are for when you come back to the level for fun.
