Ok this is how you get special: pull off some tricks and land them. The bar in the top left hand corner tells you how much special you got. When the special meter is full, then you can do special tricks, like the nutbuster. While you are talking to that guy that helps you get into the building (after giving the security guys their nuts [oh does that sound bad!]), somewhere on the screen it will say what buttons to push to do a nutbuster. Keeping in mind that your special meter needs to be full to successfully complete a nutbuster. I hope this helps you out.
