yes it is in the top room of old saltys ship but it is in the room with the sterring room

It's in olde saltey's ship, cimlb all the staires, and it'll be thire, need any other help?? I have over half a millon, (I woul;d have more if i haven't found my harvest moon game), and also, i have complted the game!!!!
