I know you can get one at the Areana Quest. Just go to the items seller before you fight.

well, if you become famouse people start sending assasins after you, you can kill them,duh, and when i killed on at that snowy town i got a doll of me!(sorry if i spell stuff wrong)

After you Fight in the Areana try the Bowerstone South trader near the entrance.
