If u beat Hades challenge then i'm gonna assume you went through the door behind the minitaur boss and retrieved the second son's skull, if not do so cause you'll need it. Once you have the head return back to the water area where you entered Hades challenge, there will be skull door under the water. Put the skull in as you did with the first skull door. After placeing the skull the water level will drop and the door will open. Another of the rotators that you use to move the walls will appears. Use the rotators to position all of the doors so that they a open from the "room of the crystal eye" to the room you just opened,which also has a "crystal eye." Go to the crystal eye, that had no pupose until now, and move the two halfs together by pulling one side. This will cause the two crysals to react, and the game will flip to a shot movie sequence. After that return to the other room and proceed onward to the upper portion of the temple. There are alot of secrets to the upper area so don't be afraid to explore alittle, but it can be very tricky.
