howdy! this is Kendra. Don't you hate it when that happens? check your CD to see if it has any scratching, dust, hair, food, etc. on it. those little things can freeze up the ps2 because it is having trouble reading your disk. you can also buy some CD cleaner at the store. (That helps A LOT). also, check to see if it does it to any other of your video games. if not, the problem is definately your CD. if it has trouble reading your other video games, the problem may be your playstation.
