Where do you find it, I know its in the underground cemetert and stuff but where EXACTLY to find it

AFTER YOU GET UNDERGROUND AND TAKE THE PLATFORM ELEVATOR TO THE BOTTOM AS SOON AS YOU EXIT THE ELEVATOR THERE IS A SMALL ROOM ON THE RIGHT WHERE IT IS LOCATED

ok this is like the most obvious item to find. ok you know the area where you go b4 you enter the ritual room. well this is what you do. look around the "corridor" that leads to the ritual room. there should be a chest to ryu's right as soon as you enter the "corridor". in there is the vigorian flail.
