I turned on that faucet but I cant run past he running water flowed by the faucet so I turned it off but i still never got past the river??? how do we go across????????????????????????????????????????????????

go to the pipe that lets out the water and press A. one of them have no thing to shut off.search this thing and then go back to the pipe and press A
