After you beat Battle 4 you go to the king and say he is forgiven then go down and to the left and search in side the weird looking head pull the chain & go through the door
Once you are in the town of Alterone and in the castle, get done with all of that talking with the king, then pull the skull on the wall and you will beat chapter 1. And the town of Rindo is chapter 2 where you start out.

You have to take a tunnel that runs under Alterone castle. After the battle, return to the castle and speak with the king. Forgive him and he will tell you of a chain to pull inside the dragon head on the wall by the waterfall. After puuling the cahin, the waterfall stops and a door is revealed. Walk through it and start Chapter 2 where you will find Rindo.
