it says that i can get wide parts by winning a number of races on level 5, but i don't know what they mean by that.....do they mean my visual rating?

Just go win some races eventualy you will get level 3 and some other tite stuff

U have 2 win a whole bunch of races in level 5 2 get wide body kits.
