K,When U start the valley LV.,u see a magicarp.When u get 2 the spot u saw him,throw a pester ball or an apple where u saw it.Mankey will grab it and throw it.When u get 2 the part with the waterfall throw a pester ball at the magicarp,and he'll jump into the waterfall and then u have what u want!Hope i helped!

first, youll see a magikarp jumping at the beggining, hit it to monkey then ,when you go to the dancing graveler ,hit it again and its going tojump into the waterfall and evolve .you have to use a stink bomb to hiy it.
