at the beginning of the level, ya know where the cleaner tries to sound the alarm? go in the door next to it. in there, you will find a rewriteable disk. John will say "ya never know when something like this will come in handy." after that fight your way through the halls when you get to the point where there is a laser fence to your right, keep going straight and you will find a letter from Hanson. It will have his username. go to the office with the hand activation thingy. go to a computer with an e-mail file. read the new mail with the blue dot and click on it. you will have a movie reel icon when you exit the e-mail screen. open the rewritable disc. click and drag the movie icon and drag it into the file you opened. log off that computer and go to the other one go to the movi icon and click on it. the go into the room next to where you found Hanson's username. a movie will be playing. go close to the tv and you will win the level.
