i tried to combin the good book to the white statue and the evil book to the black statue but its not working what do i do someone please help

You can't combine the books to the statues; that isn't what you do with them. Once you have the pieces of the statues (2 pieces for the black statue and 2 pieces for the white) you put the white pieces together and the black pieces together to complete them and then rest them on the scale in the main hallway.
