What ticket do I need to get MEW and CELEBI? (IN EMERALD). AND IS THERE AN EVENT COMING WHERE I CAN GET IT? And how do I make thew pokemon come out of the rock at the BATTLE FRONTEIR?

Depending on which version you have..in sapphire and ruby you could encounter Groudoun and Kyogre. For instance you will have to find Groudon only in Ruby and Kyogre in Sapphire...but in order to get them you will have to dive underneath the ocean to get inside the hidden city known as Sootpolis but you will need to find team rockets underground base..just dive underneath and find a cave that has a submarine..and therefore emerge to the surface continue your way in and fight off the rocket memebers..go through puzzles such as pushing rocks and you will eventually come to groudoun or Kyogre either versions will have different legendary pokemons..
