without cheating you can't get another the id for a contract is player->additem stronghold_c_hlaalu (number)but then again you can't get two houses from the same faction and you can't join two Houses (at least not without cheating;))

Actaully that other answer isn't very far off. You just forgot one little thing.
the whole thing you should type in the console is as follows:
player->additem "bk_stronghold_c_hlaalu" 1

the 'bk' was kind-of important. It took me like 20 minutes to figrue out how to do this. And that answer was the bigest lead I had. I had to just end up learning how to use the construction set. (I wasn't dbl clicking on the Morrowind.esm file, so it was never really loading) Anyways, then it took me forever + a day to find the damn contract. I just figured it was under "Misc". But it was under books, hence the 'bk'. Hope this helps somebody!
