my disc 1 has a scratch on it ..i was wondering if there is a way to skip it and goto disc 2

it freezes on disc 1 at the black castle in kazas right at the mad scienist that give you the oil to light the candles for the door...i need disc1 or need to find out how to skip the black castle ..if anyone is willing to sell there first disc or the whole game or tell me a way to fix this please do...

put toothpaste on it and whipe it. it actually works you can also boil no lie I tried both and my disc 1 was good as new.
