When I am at the motel in the country, Sam is kidnapped, and it goes from the cutscene to the playing of the mission, and i can't pull a gun. in fact, i have no weapon at all. i got one from vincetti or whatever his name was, but somehow it has disappeared since the beginning of the mission. any ideas? i try to enter the building through the back, but get shot to hell when i get in. thanks for the anticipated help!

there`s a door near that bathroom press x to open theres a tommy gun get it by x there you go is that what you need

If you loose the gun start the level over.
Before you get to the hotel you might need a policeman's big gun (not a little one) so you can shoot the tires of the yellow car. Climb the crates (boxes) to the second floor. Open the door and shoot the guy in the bathroom (WC door) turn around and run to the door on the right. Go in the medicine check and get additional life and get the tommy gun on the bed. Stay in the room until the guys come up the stairs and come and look for you. Begin shooting them with the tommy gun and head down the stairs there should be about two or three guys left in the room. After you kill all of them then there will be a guy who will punch you who you will also need to shoot. Then go in the door to save Sam. If you open the door that leads outside, it is the wrong door. Then you will see the guy who punched you again and shoot him again. Walk up to Sam to save him and start helping him out of the building. A guy will run up to you with the money let him go and then shoot him outside because he will be unable to escape because you shot the tires.
