Where is the third black chest that can turn you into a ball -so you can get under the fallen tree in twightlight trail ?

You can't turn into a ball, you can turn into a tube. I don't know exactly how to get it, but the black chest is in the locked room in the store of Twighlight town

dude u don't turn into a ball ( i've played it 5 times) unless u mean wen kan u roll up into a ball.... um...... im not sure but u kan look it up on cheatplanet.com( 2nd best site on pownage meter anter this 1)
