This would be a good place in pokemon gold, silver, and crystal. Have you gotten to Mt. Silver yet? Those pokemon are all level, like, 40. Then, you can go into the cave and battle Ash at the end. But, be careful. His pokemon are level, like, 70-75! He has Venusour, Charizaed, Blastoise, Espeon, Snorlax, and pikachu, of course! Good luck! Hope this answered your question!
