where do i find the boss key in moonlit grotto? ive found the boss door but i cant seem to find it any where?? plz help and while your at it if you can, would you mind telling me how to beat the boss so i dont get stuck (only if you have time or you can)

Sorry I can't tell you how to get the boss key, I can't remember, but I can tell you how to beat the boss. When you enter the boss's room, a shadowy figure will talk to you and then sink into the ground and split into four shadows, each one harmful. After dodging the shadows for a while, it with come back together and, at the spot it came together at, it will spit out butterflies that can hurt you and then momentarly after that, it will come up behind you at high speed. To destroy it, you must use the seed shooter at the opposite wall, and without looking at it, get out of the way so the seed will hit it and it will take damage. Repeat the process until defeated.
