your best bet is either a combo of an occulus and a viceratuant, or another +3 all skill sorc wand and viceratuant

A two socketed staff (any kind, but if already charged with anything, so much the better) with a tir rune added first and then add a ral rune for an awesome amount of firepower. 3to all fire skills, 3 to fireball, 3 to warmth and 2 to mana after each kill and more mods if charged.
