Goldbrand

To get this you must find the shrine of
Boethiah it is located northwest of Hla Od on
an island where there is a Daedric Ruin, if you check out
the ocean floor you'll see some ruins and Boethiah's Shrine
Head, interact with it to receive the quest
Boethia will tell you to rebuild
his shrine.

Boethiah's Task -

Boethia will ask you to go to Caldera to find a sculptor.
If you ask around town you'll be directed to a shopkeeper
who again will redirect you to an Orc in Ghorak Manor. He
will require 2000 drakes and a book named Boethiah's Glory
try Jobasha's Rare Bookstore in
the waistworks at Vivec, Foreign Quarters)
so that he could begin rebuilding the shrine. The shrine
will be finished for quite sometime about 30 - 45 days.
When 30 - 45 days are finished go to the rebuilt shrine
which is now located at Khartag Point, interact with he
new shrine and receive the Goldbrand.

If I remember correctly, one of them evolves from another and it is impossible to keep both without cheating.

I would tell you to go check at http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Morrowind but they seem to be not working recently... And that I've never been tempted to find either one of them so I wouldn't know the complete answer.
