None of the photos you're asking about fall into the category of legendary photos.
For all of these, you needed to take pictures of them during your second trip through the game, while you had your deluxe pictobox. If you missed them, you will not be able to regain them.

Go to that guy on windfall and pay 50 rupees for one(legendary photo). For tetra, you can only get her picture if you do a second play through. When you snap her pic., you automaticly get the pirates.
