Anytime I get an army together I get attacked by a scud storm and I cant seem to stop this, anyone know how or am I missing something really simple?
you need to keep your funds below 5000.=)

Don't. Just try to build your base with the buildings spread out to avoid massive damage from a scud storm. You can always take it out as soon as you've got a large amout of Nuke's... Or try to build several airfields full of migs. About 8 airfields fild with migs should do it
