Answer
I just want to no cause there always seems to be a person a higher level than you and i want to beat that. the game also restricts too much to level like the dwarven mines and the other places where you need a certian level to get in.

Yes, I know the perfect way to get your stats. First choose a stat. Then , concentrate on it and raise it as high as you want, even to 99.
