What am I supposed to do with the bright sunny spot located in Delfino Plaza(main area), its located by the little water fountain and area where you jump on to the boat. The residents are staring up into the sky at it and the news bullatin across the bottom of my screen is driving me crazy by reporting it again and agian! I'm almost completed the game, so does it just have something to with the end or is it another mission or area for me to go to?
