the hookshot is in the second dark world dungeon, it is in the big tresure chest. to get the big key you need to go upstairs, push the blocks out of the way and fall in a hole in the top right corner of the screen. push the block. Make sure the crystal switch is hit to make the orange blocks fall. open the chest to get the key.
