In order to hit all of the eyes at the same time, you have to take out your gun shouter and use fire berries and aim at a certain place. it is supose to work so don't worry. You should also order the cheat book for your game, it also comes with the cheats for the game : The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Time.

you need to push them so you can strike them with your spin attack and then you get the master's watever i dont know what is is but you get it so you can give it to the master to get the zora flippers so you can swim

this really works i have done it this very day, u push them so that they make an inverted L shape, with 3 blocks touching the wall. then stairs comes and u get the masters thingymajig

move the eyes into a box but leave a small space for you and then make the sword spin

Move the blocks so three are against the wall and the fourth one is just under the third one. Stand under the second block and against the fourth block and unlease your best spin attack! Good luck!
