You have to catch all the other 82 Shadow Pokémon, then go to Gateon Port. You snag the Dragonite from Miror B., who's at the top of the lighthouse. Other then that, you basically just fight it until you catch it. x3

Dragonite is the last shadow pokemon you will get Mirror B is the one who has it. Eavrytime you will meat Mirror B ha has a shadow pokemon catch eavryone. The last is on the Hige tower in the city you will face mirror B there.

catch all the shadow pokemon ( if you missed any, you get another chance when facing mirror b) once u get all the shadow pokemon mirror b will appear with a shadow dragonite, very hard to snag
