~Canal Puzzle~
-Enter one of the grates of the Palace Canton in Vivec that say "3rd Level"
-Get out of the water and find the corridor that connects various grate entrances
-Enter the grate leading to the Puzzle Canal Center
-Activate the "Puzzle Canal Shrine"
-Recieve some message about the waters of glory
-Jump in the water and let your health go down
-When it reaches zero, you will black out then return to life
-The step above opened up a passage
-Go back up to the shrine
-Climb the stairs and DON'T kill the demora
-Grab a silver longsword out of the chest behind him
-Give him a longsword and activate the shrine to recieve swift swimming for a day
