Whenever I add the "-w" to the end of the target section in PROPERTIES, I get an error message about that not being a correct target name...what can I do?

well if it won't let you play the thing on a window make sure that the -w is away from the other text

"C:\Program Files\Diablo II.exe" -w
exactly like that
and you have to make sure it is a SHORTCUT and not the program itself

well if you want game in a window, make a shortcut of the game and under properties with the location type " -win" be sure to put a space in, that should open in a window
