well go on the net and write tamma town chose the first thing that come up and then choose your bandwith when it is done loading put in your user name not the tammagotchis name and you will get a pasport to get your pass port click "get password" and then on your tammaotchi toy go into the games and keep going down till you get to password and type the pass word on your screen into the tammagotchi toy.
