Go in the one entrance and destroy the skeletons and the flying jelly things. Throw the block away, there is a button under it but the door will not stay open. Pull the statue over the button the door will open now, go in and open the chest in the middle of the room. Watch out for the hand that grabs you and takes you to the beginning.
