there are NO wild pokemon in pokemon colosseum(but there are in pokemon xd!) the only pokemon u can get without them being shadow pokemon are Plusle after u rescue it from disco dude miror b. and u can get Ho-Oh by completing mt. battle in battle mode and purifying all the shadow pokemon and Umbreon and Espeon are ur starter pokemon

No there are no wild pokemon in this game you can only catch shadow pokemon
