well first u have to get the bow and arrow from the tower of gods then u have to find a cyclone on sea and get stuck in it. after the red frog guy comes u have to hit his cloud 3 times and he will give u a song pattern it will be in 4/4 down left right up then u have to use it to go to mother & child isles and u get the fire and ice arrows good luck with that
