Get 25 shines, having beaten episode 4 of Pinna Park.
Shadow Mario will have a Yoshi Egg, you chase him and squirt him to get Yoshi in Delfino Plaza. Then you get the Rocket Nozzle and have to chase him. THEN AFTER 30 SHINES you get the Turbo Nozzle doing the same as last time.

P.S. The Turbo Nozzle sucks it wastes a LOT of Water, but you can do cool glitches with it.
