What pokemon cant i get on silver version?? -- Game Help, Questions and Answers

I know this is right because im smarter. The ones you cannot get are:
Mantine
Teddiursa
Ursaring
Gligar
Spinarak
Ariados

and you cannot get the guys in Pokemon Red version (1998).
