How do I get to Pewter,Viridian,Pallet, And Cinnabar city? I can't get there from 1.Cerulean 2. E4, and 3.digleet's caveu need to go to kanto league. start at new bark city. surf to your right. make sure u have HM7 (waterfall). teach it to a pokemon. i suugest a water pokemon that u hardly use. take this pokemon with u. as u keep surfing to your right, u will come upon land. as u step on land there will be a guy there. talk to him and he will say u have made your first step in kanto. then enter tohjo falls. surf on the water north. if u keep surfing, a waterfall will block u. use waterfall and u will be able to go through. then, surf to your right again. exit the cave. go in to the house on your left and get TM37 (sandstorm). surf to the right. keep walking to the right and follow the path. u will get to viridian.
