firsy you need a swablu traine it to level 42 then it whill evolve in to altaria. then go to the white stone and have altaria first in you party click on the stone and you find a key. then go to the house and click on the door and you will find regis regirock & registeel make shore you have a lv 100 poke,mon and 200 ultraballs and wall!!!!!!! youv found the three regis
