I have gone back to Twoson with Paula and saw the band play, but when I go to pay the manager I can't figure out how to get him to take the 10,000 dollars. I tried "use", "give" and "drop" but nothing happens. He looks at it and that's all. How do I get him to take the money?

Walk around the desk, where you're standing directly to his right, and then give him the money. If you try to give it to him over the desk, he will not take it.
