you have to upper cut the berro in from of you in slow motion then you go mach speed under it

After you fight Captain Blue there is a big barrel in the way and you have to upper cut it and then use mach speed to run undernieth it. You must first use slow motion when uppercutting it though.

You use mach-speed while hitting the barrel, and thetn when it fies up, you quickly go into the exit.
