ok... so im like 99.9% positive that i didn't kill it... because if i did i wouldn't have saves over it ... and that guy didn't beet me... and i just cant seem to find suicine.. like any where... any one have any ideas...help, cuz i really want to get ho-oh ... and i do not want to start a new game cuz i have so many good pokemon i dont wanna loose lol

Ok, this is what you do.
Go to Ecruteak city. ring the Clear Bell in front of the monk in the long building near the center of town. you will go through a tunnel, and then three monks will ambush you. defeat their pokemon (it's not that hard). walk down the path to the east (right). STOP AND SAVE NOW BEFORE YOU GO IN THE BUILDING. then go inside. AS SOON AS YOU ARE IN, SUICUNE WILL ATTACK YOU. Be ready.
