Swampert + Ludicolo = Mew or Mew two?

I've read that if you beat 2 Gyms or more, and breed a Ludicolo with a Swampert, you could get a Mew or Mew Two. True or not?

No, but I've beaten every gym, have both (I think), will test it, and will bet $999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999 that it's fake.(Not really)
