My boyfriend is stuck on how to get to Cloud Cuckooland, as am I, and those pigs are getting pretty desperate for their water to be warmed up! I think I've got the idea of how to do it, it's just getting there. Help?

Sorry if this isn't the right answer: I haven't played Banjo-Tooie for a while. First get 45 Jiggies then go talk to Master Jiggywiggy. He will use his Crystal Jiggy to make a bubble appear on a plinth. Go to the area where you can access Terydactyland (sorry for spelling) and go to your left and up. You will see the plinth attached to a narrow piece of rock. Grab the Notes (I think they are Notes, if nt something else) and jump onto the bubble and you will fly to Cloud Cuckooland!
