hi feebas is on route 119 fly to fortree city travel east from pkm centre and straight down 4 flights of steps untill you reach a stretch of water.(do not go over bridge)you will need to surf and i used a good rod in the end (i spent 3 day with super rod,& the only pkm you can catch with a super rod are carvanna & feebas )but all i got we're carvana's.have lots of patience and good luck;if your still struggling then i'll explain about the "cool phrases" in Dewford town to change location of the 6 tiles. but dont worry about that for now just have fun tryin to catch your Feebas.hope this helps?
