i advise that you dont train one pokemon in particular and if you have the national dex then you can catch regigas(you need to bring all three regis from the old gba games) its posible to get others but its easier to just look them up in a faq. Note: i think that darkrai is the best legendary(only caught with a nintendo event or an AR)
