Simple, just go talk to the snail in front a gate. He will let you and then play the "game". You have to beat the high score (20). once you do u get the wrinkler's card/shell and talk to the snail in front the pathway somewhere (I forgot where the snail is). Then he will let you through. You can do the rest.
