how do I get to kanto -- Game Help, Questions and Answers

ok im stuck I cant get to kanto in pokemon silver ive done everything I can think of I wanted to figure it out bymyself but I cant so please help thanks

YOU NEED TO GET HM WATERFALL AND GO TO NEW BARK TOWN AND FIND THE WATER AND SURF AND THERE WILL BE A CAVE GET THROW IT AND YOU WILL BE IN KANTO SORRY FOR THE SPELLING AND I HOLPED I HELPED
